At Trendpulse Digital, we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions, including web design, digital marketing, e-commerce solutions, hosting services, and template sales. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.
1. General Refund Terms
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@mytrendpulse.com.
- Refunds will only be considered for valid reasons, such as service non-delivery or failure to meet agreed-upon specifications.
- Processing times for refunds may vary but typically take 5-10 business days.
2. Web Design & Development Refunds
- If a project has not commenced, a full refund may be requested.
- If work has started but is incomplete, a partial refund will be issued based on the work completed.
- Once the final project has been delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.
3. Digital Marketing Refunds
- Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are not available once a campaign has commenced.
- If a campaign has not yet started, a refund may be issued, subject to an administrative fee.
- Performance-based dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund as results depend on multiple factors.
4. E-commerce Solutions Refunds
- Refunds for e-commerce solutions will only be issued if the project has not yet begun.
- Once development has started, only partial refunds may be granted based on the stage of completion.
- No refunds will be issued for completed e-commerce projects.
5. Hosting Services Refunds
- Hosting fees are non-refundable once the hosting service period has begun.
- Users may cancel their hosting subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the service.
- Refunds may be granted in cases of prolonged service downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours.
6. Template Sales Refunds
- Due to the digital nature of templates, refunds are not provided once the template file has been downloaded.
- If a duplicate purchase occurs, a refund may be issued upon verification.
- Users are responsible for ensuring compatibility before purchasing templates, as refunds will not be granted for incompatibility issues.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
- Users are encouraged to contact us first before initiating a chargeback.
- Any chargeback initiated without prior communication may result in the suspension of services.
- If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent, Trendpulse Digital reserves the right to pursue legal action.
